Meet our Head of Human Resources and Legal Affairs, Nisha Cordero. As an essential key to Marstone’s success, Nisha embodies our value in fostering the collaboration of our team with their diverse talents, backgrounds and distinct and meaningful perspectives. Being born in Zambia, to living in England, and growing up in upstate New York, Nisha brings an undoubtedly remarkable background to our team. Not surprisingly, she has traveled the world, visiting over twenty countries and counting. Her bucket list is far from complete, as Nisha continues to spend her free time finding her own bliss. When she is not jetting off to Paris or enjoying the sands of Turks and Caicos, she finds the balance of mind, body, and soul by digging into a classic read, meditating, or hustling on the tennis court. It all sounds too good to be true, but for Nisha, if you work hard, you play hard. By all means, she has mastered the former side of that mantra. After law school, she clerked for a judge, worked in a law firm, co-founded a company, ran a non-profit Board, volunteered as a court advocate for foster children, and became an integral part of our team. Through it all, Nisha has learned to remain present, define her priorities, and be grateful for all life offers.
